II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TAC)

 

In order to maintain our system integrity and resources we expect our customers to act responsibly.  When you use any MM Solutions services, in any form, you automatically agree to the following conditions:  

 

·        We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services we provide when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

·        Cancellation Policy -We reserve the right to cancel service at any time.  Customer may only use our site to purchase products or review information provided and for lawful purposes only. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited.

·        Access to this website is solely for legitimate business purposes.  Any access or attempt to access areas of MM Solutions computers systems is strictly prohibited and MM Solutions will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

 

III. BILLING POLICIES AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Terms of payment are within MM Solutions sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by MM Solutions, payment must be received prior to MM Solutions acceptance of an order.
• MM Solutions may invoice parts of an order separately.
• Orders are not binding upon MM Solutions until accepted. Any quotations given by MM Solutions will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.
• Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.   
• All accounts not paid within 15 days after your due date will be suspended. Suspended accounts will not be allowed access to our online services.
• MM Solutions attempts to automatically charge credit card on file for any past due invoice for current, suspended and cancelled accounts.
• Accounts suspended and reactivated must pay all past due and current amounts and are subject to a reactivation fee of $60 to cover administration costs.
• Accounts past due over 60 days will not be reactivated until account is brought to current status and terms will be pre-payment basis only.
• To close your account, you must contact MM Solutions via phone or email with your request.
• Note: All billing correspondence (invoices, notifications, etc) is done via email. It is crucial that you maintain a current email address with us.

 

 

Our online account login enables every customer to:

·   Update credit card information

·   View your past and current order history

·   Print your invoices

 

We currently accept payment, in US Dollars only, through the following sources:

III. Warranty Policy

 

MM Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties.  The limited warranty for any product sold by MM Solutions is included in the documentation accompanying the product as provided by that product’s manufacturer.  MM Solutions will provide all reasonable assistance to customer in obtaining the benefits of such warranties.

 

IV. Shipping / Delivery

 

Shipping charges are calculated on actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service you specify.  Shipping method is determined by size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. A person must be present to accept truck/freight deliveries.  The customer is responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. 

 

All delivery dates are approximate and MM Solutions will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God.  All deliveries are FOBD unless otherwise specified.  Risk of loss and damage to goods will pass to customer upon delivery to customer’s facility or when delivery is signed for without exceptions. 

 

V. Return Policy

 

MM Solutions guarantees customer satisfaction and will accept product returns.  Product, in new condition, can be returned within 30 days of receipt and customers account will be credited the product price less a 20% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  In the event of damaged product, please call our toll free number and allow us the opportunity to either replace the product or offer other options.  All returns must have a (RA) return authorization number which can be obtained by calling our toll free number or emailing customerservice@mmsolutions.biz.
